Masafi Basmati Rice tingles the taste buds at Al Khaleej Friends Women’s Association gala

Masafi supports Al Khaleej Women's Association gala event Masafi Select Basmati Rice – the finest quality Basmati offering an authentic aroma, taste and pure goodness – took the centre stage at the annual gala ceremony of Al Khaleej Friends Women’s Association, held at India Club in Dubai on October 13, 2012.

Nearly 120 people, including UAE nationals, took part in the fun-filled event, organized by the association to celebrate Eid Al Adha and Diwali. Dr Zulekha Daud, Managing Director of Zulekha Healthcare Group, and other prominent personalities attended the ceremony.

The activities during the gala event included a cooking competition using Masafi Select Basmati Rice. Winners were chosen on the basis of their expertise in using the rice, and bringing out its taste, aroma and the overall presentation.
